It is pretty easy to slide a knife down the sides of a one-piece cake pan to help release it (hopefully) to cool. But so far, nobody has found a way to slide that knife down and underneath the cake. This fact has been the undoing of too many beautiful cakes. Retail $23.99.
The solution is paper. Silicone parchment paper cake circles to place in the bottom of the pan before the batter goes in. Ours are 9" in diameter to suit the most popular cake pan size, but can be trimmed to fit 6"-8" cake pans.
Made from premium, commercial bakery-grade silicone paper, for quick-release performance every time. Simply peel the paper from the bottom of the cooled cake before icing or packaging.
