for using dropper-top OilEssencesTM
Just a drop or two of OilEssenceTM instantly flavours savoury and sweet dishes, including soups, sauces, marinades and vinaigrettes. Once plated - add a few drops more for garnish. Beautiful on soups, with chopped herb and/or parmesan garnish. Easy, elegant, delicious.
- Add a drop or two to saute pan oil or butter, before sweating onions or garlic.
- Flavour prepared or homemade soups.
- Garnish hot or cold soups in the bowl, using the pipette to 'drop and decorate'.
- Add a few drops to scrambled eggs - use jalapeno for quick & easy Huevos Rancheros.
- Flavour prepared or home-made tomato sauce.
- Toss with fresh-cooked pasta and chopped herbs.
- Add a few drop to pasta or rice cooking water - even better with 50/50 broth/water.
- Add a half-pipette full to a traditional 3-to-1 vinaigrette.
- Garnish plated dishes with herbal or savoury blends.
- Toss cut potatoes and roots vegetables in OilEssenceTM-enhanced oil before roasting.
- Add a few drops to tuna salad for sandwiches with a kick.
- Toss cashews, pecans or pumpkin seeds with OilEssenceTM and salt before roasting.
- Drizzle over homemade or prepared pizza.
- Brush on ears of corn before grilling.
- Drizzle over halved cherry tomatoes, bell pepper pieces and asparagus, before oven-roasting and tossing in fresh pasta.
- Refresh leftover vegetables before re-heating.
- Add a drop or two to left-over potatoes or rice, for flavourful hash or fried rice.
- Add a drop or two to simple oil and vinegar marinades - add chopped herbs.
- Brush meat, seafood and vegetables with OilEssenceTM before grilling.
- Flavour cottage cheese with lemon, basil, or rosemary OilEssenceTM.
- For a quick dip, add to plain yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise, stir in chopped herbs.
