Just a drop or two of an herbal OilEssenceTM instantly flavours savoury and sweet dishes, including soups, sauces, marinades and vinaigrettes. Once plated - add a few drops more for garnish. Beautiful on soups, with chopped herb and/or parmesan garnish. Easy, elegant, delicious.

Add a few drops of a savoury OilEssenceTM to olive oil, and toss-to-coat potatoes or winter vegetables before roasting in the oven. Try a drop or two in your onion and/or garlic saute. Add a layer of exotic flavour to olive or vegetable oil based vinaigrettes. Add to prepared or scratch tomato and pasta sauces, filling, dips, tuna and egg salad, marinades and reduction sauces.
